We’re a leader in the residential and commercial renovation market in Regina specializing in high-end kitchen, bathroom and full home renovations.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE…

  • Leading a hands on construction team to complete high quality jobs on budget and on schedule

  • Construction work in all aspects of a renovation project from start to finish with an exceptional eye for detail

  • Training and support for Construction Hands as they develop their skills and abilities

  • Working alongside our internal team, designers, vendors, and sub-trades to ensure project scope is executed correctly and to schedule

  • Communicating with clients throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer experience

  • Documenting work completed on site (Daily Logs) and accurately recording and estimating time requirements for tasks

  • Driving and maintaining a Collaborative Construction vehicle

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Experience in interior and exterior construction work – with an eye for the details

  • Ability to lead teams, provide coaching, and motivate others

  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to think multiple steps ahead

  • Outgoing personality – able to connect with people effectively

  • Outstanding organization skills with an emphasis on cleanliness (job sites, shop, vehicle, etc)

  • Comfortable on jobs sites including: heights, ladders, crawl spaces, etc

  • Able to work some evening and weekends when necessary
  • Clean driving record
