Building here means something to us.
We’ve built in this province for years. The roads we drive, the schools our kids attend, and the neighborhoods we call home are the same ones our clients live in, and that shapes how we show up.
When a project wraps and we’ve physically left your house or business, we’re still here – at the hardware store, at the baseball diamonds, at the next job down the street. We’re invested in this city in a way that doesn’t end at project close.

Habitat for Humanity
Habitat builds homes for families who need a stable foundation and we’ve been glad to lend a hand. Our work with Habitat Saskatchewan spans new construction, warranty work, and home transitions, keeping their builds moving and their homeowners taken care of. Habitat shows up for people and we show up for Habitat.

Ronald McDonald House
Our team has been involved in the construction of the new Ronald McDonald House in Regina, a facility that gives families a place to stay when their child is receiving medical care far from home. Most of us know someone who’s been in that situation, and that having a safe and comfortable place to land can make a real difference when everything else feels out of your control. We’re glad to be part of building that for families in Saskatchewan.

John Howard Society
The John Howard Society does hard, important work, supporting people who are reintegrating into their communities after involvement with the justice system. The road back isn’t easy and small things can make a real difference. Our Christmas donation drives collect clothing, cleaning supplies, hygiene products and more – the practical things that are easy to take for granted and hard to come by when you’re starting over. Our work for John Howard always reminds us that helping doesn’t have to be overcomplicated. It was something our team could do, so we did it.
The Build Love Project
Back in 2018, along with some fellow local entrepreneurs, we started something called the Build Love Project. What began as one family’s home renovation turned into a community-wide effort, with volunteers, trades, suppliers, and neighbors all coming together to renovate homes for families living with accessibility needs. We worked alongside the Kennedys and the Gorskis – families who needed more from their space and didn’t have the resources to get there on their own. Build Love paused when the pandemic hit and it hasn’t restarted. But it represents something real about who we are and what this team is capable of when we put our energy toward something that matters.
CC RezQs Animal Rescue
Some of us have a soft spot for the underdogs, literally. Sometimes that looks like fostering animals in our homes and other times that looks like building a ramp for Kevin, a three-legged rescue dog who needed a little extra help getting around. If there’s a need and we have the skills to meet it, we’d rather just do it than talk about it.
Regina is home.
When you work with Collab, you’re working with a team that really cares about our community. Many of us grew up here, we’ve chosen to raise our families here and we know how many good people are here doing the (often quiet) work that really helps others, and we want to help too.
