CONSULT
We’ll visit your space at a time of your choosing, getting to know you and listening carefully to your needs. For more complex projects, we may also visit with our trades team. Based on everything we learn, we’ll provide a detailed proposal tailored to your specific goals, outlining the project scope and costs.
CONNECT
Now it’s time to set you up in our system! We’ll activate your account in our specialized project management tool so you can see regular updates throughout the project. At this stage, you’ll pay your deposit and sign the contract of work.
COLLABORATE
We’ll introduce you to your Project Manager and learn how to communicate with them. Together, we’ll review all of your selections and file for any necessary permits. The goal here is to ensure that you have full visibility and confidence in your choices and that every detail is aligned with your original vision.
CONSTRUCT
Now it’s time to bring your vision to life! Our team will prepare your space for safety and efficiency, then start the work. Throughout the process, our Project Manager will be in touch with you regularly and you’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback at any time so that your project always feels aligned with your expectations. If any adjustments are needed, we’ll guide you through a transparent change order process—designed to prevent any surprise invoices.
COMPLETE
We’re at the finish line! It’s time to finalize the project with an onsite inspection to ensure quality and promised deliverables. We’ll review our warranties and craftsmanship guarantee with you, and you’ll pay your final invoice. With your permission, we may bring in our media team to capture professional photos and videos of the finished space and record your thoughts on the project, so we can celebrate your space’s transformation together.
