Our business was moving offices due to expansion and we needed some reno’s done in the new space. After doing some research and working off a few referrals, we selected Collaborative Construction as one of the businesses to come in an quote the job.
Derek was the first point of contact and he was able to meet with us right away to go over our needs. He walked through the office and listened to our needs. He was very knowledgeable and helped us with ideas and ways to save us money. He also promised us a timeline and cost that worked for us so they were selected to do the project.
Shane then took over as the project manager and he was also great. He got the sub-contractors in there right away to start working. There was no issue with communication and was more than understanding when we had to change or add more reno’s to the list. He facilitated all the sub-contractors for us so made this reno very easy. It was greatly appreciated that when Shane was away, Derek or Nick stepped in so I had a point of contact if there were questions.
They were able to complete the renovations within the time frame for the original work, even with the extra work required. Once everything was completed, we had a few more additions that we wanted done. This was outside of the original renovations but they were still able to get it completed within a few days.
The whole team went above and beyond which seems to be harder to find in todays climate. If there is further work we need done professionally or personally, Collaborative Construction will be our first recommendation.
