Throughout the project, they kept in constant communication with us and always went above and beyond with any changes we requested. The app they use is great for tracking invoices and monitoring the schedule of when things were to be completed throughout the week. They also kept it updated with progress pictures and notes so we always knew what was going on. We would hands down recommend Collab to any person/organization. The space they created for us is such a beautiful addition to our community, and the kids couldn't be happier! THANK YOU from everyone at the Edenwold Early Years & Youth Centre ♥️

Collaborative was very flexible in working with us and our designer in implementing plans and changes to get the results we wanted.   From the beginning, their detailed quoting and transparency gave us confidence in the process. Having our own dedicated project manager was incredibly helpful and kept communication clear and consistent throughout the entire renovation.
  They stuck to the timelines they projected, and their workmanship was excellent. They also worked very well with our designer, which made the process much smoother. Whenever unexpected issues came up (as they always do in a renovation), they helped us navigate the problems and adjusted plans on the fly without any stress.
  We were very happy with the final result, and even after the project was completed, they followed up and handled small fixes promptly. We would highly recommend Collaborative Construction to anyone looking for quality work or undertaking a large-scale renovation.

  We recently had renovations by Collaborative Construction on our main floor. It was an excellent experience right from our first meeting with Derek to meeting with all the trades people. … More We told them what we wanted and with their input, we were able to visualize our dream kitchen and family room. Shane, the Project Manager assigned to us, made communication seamless! Whenever we had a question or a problem, Shane would get back to us promptly. We also liked the Builder Trend app Collab uses as we were given a schedule of when and what was to be worked on. I liked the daily pictures and notes plus the weekly report. The crew of workers from Collab plus the trades people were always very courteous and a pleasure to deal with.
  We love our new kitchen and family room and wouldn't hesitate to use Collab again for future renovations!

  I had the pleasure of working with Collaborative for a few outdoor projects as well as a bathroom renovation.
  My front fence and gate were falling apart, and the team was able to fully … More replace the section of fence and gate, without disturbing the climbing plant rearby. They also reinforced an awning and made everything look great and well functioning.
  My back deck and stairs were in rough shape, and unsafe. The team completely rebuilt the deck from scratch to my speciations for my existing furniture, as well as to accommodate existing flower beds. The structure is now safe and looks far superior to the previous deck.
  My wood front steps were likely original to my home, and needed replacing. The team installed a new bracket with composite boards, as well as refreshed an old door molding that was weather damaged, and painted my front door as well as the window trims. This made a huge difference in the appearance of the front of my house, as well as a safer entrance way (and way easier to shovel!)
  The largest portion of my project was a complete remodel of the upstairs bathroom - new smart toilet, vanity, flooring, paint and tub refinish. Although the project took longer than anticipated, delays were always explained and the team was able to work with me on the scheduling to ensure I had a functional shower when needed. I'm beyond impressed with how the bathroom turned out!
  The team was always very polite and friendly for both the indoor and outdoor projects. Any issues or questions that I had were addressed promptly and resolved quickly. The WhatsApp chat provided was very helpful!
  I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Collaborative in the future for more projects around my home!
