“We made this a lot more of a space where Ray and his staff are able to show off the process of making bubble tea drinks as well as some of his non-alcoholic cocktails that you’re going to see coming out the space. So now it’s a lot more open and airy. When you come up, you’re able to move down this assembly line and watch as they make the cocktails and just be able to see a nice, cleaner space that you weren’t able to see before.”
