A custom commercial renovation that transformed the space into a minimalist, detail rich storefront designed to reflect the owner’s personal brand and create a unique experience in Regina.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
This project focused on renovating the shop to create a space that felt distinctive, modern, and deeply personal to the owner’s vision. After operating for five years, the owner wanted to refresh the store and move beyond a saturated market by building something that truly represented her style and creativity.
Inspired by Collaborative Construction’s design aesthetic on Instagram and referrals from other local business owners, he chose Collab to help bring his concept to life. The restaurant renovation emphasized clean lines, black and white minimalist styling, and careful attention to detail, with the goal of creating a one of a kind bubble tea shop that customers would not find anywhere else in Regina.

The project was delivered through close collaboration between Collaborative Construction and trusted trade partners, including Last Coat Painting, who had worked with Collab for years and brought deep familiarity with their standards and workflow. Throughout the process, the team focused on honoring the owner’s creative vision, translating her branding ideas into a physical space with thoughtful finishes, balanced contrast, and refined detailing.

The minimalist black and white design, paired with carefully executed details and high quality finishes, created a strong brand presence that sets IHADay apart from competitors.
