Performing construction work in all aspects of a renovation project from start to finish with an exceptional eye for detail

Working alongside our internal team, designers, vendors, and sub-trades to ensure project scope is executed correctly and to schedule

Communicating with clients throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer experience

Documenting work completed on site (Daily Logs) and accurately recording and estimating time requirements for tasks

Driving and maintaining a Collaborative Construction vehicle

Ability to take direction, learn new skills, and motivate others

Exceptional time management skills and the ability to think multiple steps ahead

Outgoing personality – able to connect with people effectively

Outstanding organization skills with an emphasis on cleanliness (job sites, shop, vehicle, etc)

Comfortable on jobs sites including: heights, ladders, crawl spaces, etc

Experience in interior and/or exterior construction work would be considered an asset

Able to work some evening and weekends when necessary

Clean driving record
