Living in the home during construction often extends the timeline, as we have to work around daily routines, quiet hours, and accessibility needs. If you’re able to stay elsewhere, it allows us to move more quickly, start earlier, work later, and keep disruptions to a minimum. That said, we’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs and minimize the impact on your daily life.

You can, but most homeowners choose not to—especially if they don’t have another bathroom available. During construction, your bathroom will be completely out of commission, which means no access to the toilet, shower or sink in that space.

If staying in your home, you’ll need to plan ahead for alternative arrangements—either using a second bathroom or staying elsewhere temporarily. Bathroom renovations also tend to move more quickly when the space is vacant, since we can start earlier, work later, and avoid tiptoeing around your daily routine.

If you’re unsure what’s best, we’re happy to walk you through what to expect and help you decide what makes the most sense for your situation. Either way, we’ll always do our best to minimize disruptions and keep things as comfortable as possible while we work.
