A bit of prep goes a long way in setting the stage for a smooth renovation:

  • Clear out the space – Remove all personal items from vanities, drawers, linen closets, and open shelving. Don’t forget items in the shower or tub area.
  • Make a bathroom plan – If this is your only bathroom, consider where you’ll shower, brush your teeth, and get ready each day. Some clients stay with family or book short-term accommodations while the work is underway.
  • Secure pets and kids – Construction zones can be noisy and potentially unsafe for little ones (furry or otherwise), so having a plan in place helps keep everyone safe.
  • Share any special considerations early – If you have requests—like noise sensitivity, preferred work hours, or unique scheduling needs—just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
