PROJECT OVERVIEW
This new construction basement was developed into a warm, cozy living space designed to support both everyday living and future needs. The basement renovation project included custom millwork, a detailed built in electric fireplace, a bar and pantry area, a home gym zone with full racking and rubber flooring, a playroom designed to convert into a future bedroom, a four piece bathroom, and a functional laundry room with built ins and quartz countertops.
